The immunization requirements have changed for the 2009-2010 school year. Please check here and contact your physician if your child's immunization record does not meet these new requirements.  Please be aware that it is a state requirement to provide a copy of your child's current immunization record upon entering school. The immunization record must be dated and have the providing doctor's signature on it. Please send a copy of your child's current immunization record to the school office.
